CONWAY, N.H. (AP) – A North Conway, N.H., woman who called police to accuse her son of using drugs ended up charged with marijuana possession herself.

Police say Kristin Land, 39, asked police to remove her 21-year-old son from her home last week because he was using illegal drugs and wasn’t abiding by house rules. She then allowed police to search her home, where authorities say they found a small amount of marijuana in her bedroom.

Land was charged with three counts of drug possession. Her son agreed to leave the house.
