Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on April 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Peter MacGregor, 19, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:35 a.m. Jan. 1. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Kenneth Boyle, 43, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 8:35 p.m. Dec. 28 on Maine Avenue. He was freed on $250 cash bail. An arraignment date has yet to be set.

• Edward DeRoche, 54, Rumford, operating under the influence, 9:16 p.m. Dec. 26 on Route 2. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• John Thurston, 35, Andover, operating under the influence, midnight Dec. 26 on Route 2. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
