• Lisa R. Collins, 44, of Norway, Jan. 26, operating after suspension, personal recognizance bail, Norway Police Department.
• Donn Everett Dyer, 61, of Lewiston, Jan. 26, Rumford District Court warrants for unpaid fines for failure to comply with sex offender registry and violation of conditions of release, $430 bail in total, transported from Androscoggin County.
• Christopher M. Burnell, 25, of Fryeburg, Jan. 27, operating without a license, operating under the influence, probation hold, no bail listed as of Jan. 30, Maine State Police.
• Shane Michael Hatfield, 19, of Portland, Jan. 27, Oxford County Superior Court warrants for burglary and theft, $1,000 bail, transported from Cumberland County.
• Randal Scott Brewer, 50, of Buckfield, Jan. 27, operating after suspension, $400 bail, Maine State Police.
• Patrick W. McKinney, 42, of Oxford, Jan. 28, probation violation, no bail listed as of Jan. 28, Oxford Police Department.
• Leonard Garrett, 55, of Lewiston, Jan. 29, South Paris District Court warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating without a license, $400 bail, transported from Androscoggin County.
• Brian Keith Nystrom, 30, of Worcester, Mass., Jan. 30, operating under the influence, $500 bail, Bethel Police Department.
