FARMINGTON – Lloyd O. Kenney, 91, a resident of Titcomb Hill Road in Farmington, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Franklin Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for 10 days.

He was born in Dover-Foxcroft, Sept. 11, 1917, the son of Herbert and Iva (Nuite) Kenney. He attended the schools of Dover-Foxcroft and also Wilton Academy.

On July 18, 1938, he married Bernice Feeney in Wilton. She passed away on April 21, 2003. He retired from G.H. Bass Co. in Wilton, where he had worked as a night watchman. He had held many interesting jobs throughout the years. He was also an avid outdoorsman.

He is survived by two daughters, Marie Archer of Chesterville and Irene Karkos of Wilton; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Richard and Donald Kenney; and a sister, Maxine Melendy.
