Roast pork supper

NORWAY – The Norway Fireman’s Relief Association will hold a roast pork supper from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at the Norway Fire Station. The menu will consist of roast pork, salads, vegetable, rolls, beverages and dessert. Cost will be adults, $7; under 12, $3; under 6, free.

Sunday service

PARIS – Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, South Paris, will hold “Making the Old Story Our Story” on the sixth Sunday after the epiphany at 9 a.m. Feb. 15. There will be a contemporary worship service at 10:15. There will be no Sunday school. All are welcome.

Library visitor

PARIS – The Paris Public Library Children’s Department will celebrate school vacation with a visit from John Governale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18.

Singing a variety of songs, many of his own creation, Governale will entertain children from preschoolers to age 8.

The program will be taped by NPC-TV for broadcast on Time Warner’s Channel 11, giving participants an opportunity learn about the processes behind the production of a television show.

Chinese auction

PARIS – A Chinese auction will take place Saturday, Feb. 21, in the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School cafeteria. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 5.

There will be a 50/50 raffle, a $1 table and food. Proceeds will benefit the Oxford Fair.

Snow date will be Sunday, Feb. 22, when doors will open at 11 a.m. and the auction will start at 1 p.m.
