Livermore Falls completed its perfect season in the Western Maine Youth Basketball League girls’ grade 5-6 division with an 48-25 victory over Maranacook in the championship game. Kailee Newcomb led Livermore Falls with 12 points in the final. Nicole Hamblin added 11. Christine Miller topped all scorers with 18 for Maranacook.

Emily Keene led a balanced attack with 13 points to propel Livermore Falls past Wilton, 50-12, in the semifinal round. Newcomb notched 10 points. Taylor Hollingdale paced Wilton with four.

In the other semifinal, Miller scored eight points and Annie Nelson added seven to give Maranacook a 31-19 triumph over Oxford Hills. Shannon Kriger led Oxford Hills with eight.

Oxford Hills downed Wilton in the consolation game, 28-21, behind Anna Winslow’s nine points. Eryn Doiron scored seven to lead Wilton.

Livermore Falls went 13-0 in league play and 17-0 overall.
