MEXICO – The Region 9 School of Applied Technology board meeting scheduled for Tuesday was postponed until Tuesday, Feb. 17, because a snowstorm had been anticipated.
Among meeting agenda items are two closed sessions. One deals with Director Brenda Gammon’s job evaluation. The second involves labor relations.
Other agenda items include action on a possible schedule change for adult education director Nancy Allen, requests to send 13 vocational students to the Skills U.S.A. competition in Bangor in March, and to send wood harvesting students to the annual loggers meet at Oxford Hills in May.
The board also is expected to take action on recommendations by the Personnel and Finance Committee on tuition reimbursement and to make decisions on the curriculum for the adult education phlebotomy.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of the River Road school.
