The following are to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. May 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Amy J. Decosta, 38, Portland, operating after suspension, 3:50 p.m. Feb. 8. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Brandon Brown, 24, Bethel, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 8:22 a.m. Feb. 7 on Route 2. Brown was released on $700 unsecured bail.

Accidents

• Feb. 8, 4 p.m. – A 1992 Plymouth van operated by Richard Suydan, 54, of Rumford, pulled out of the Marden’s parking lot into the eastbound path of a 1995 Toyota van operated by Gregory Fraser, 55, of Newry. Suydan said he didn’t see Fraser because the sun was shining in his eyes. Med-Care Ambulance took Fraser, who suffered possible injuries, to Rumford Hospital. Damage to the Toyota was estimated at $2,500; to the Plymouth, $1,000.
