Thursday, Feb. 19, is jazz night at Holly’s Own Deli & Restaurant, 84 Court St., Auburn. Featured will be local musicians Tim Clough on stand-up bass, Tom Schipper on drums and John Smedley on guitar. Calling themselves the 3 Point Trio, they play jazz standards and improvise as the evening and audience dictate. Saturday, Feb. 21, jazz and blues pianist Mary Murphy will perform. A versatile multi-instrumentalist and soulful vocalist in English and French, she crosses music genres from blues to country and is a seasoned Maine musician, composer, indie recording artist and performer.
