WATERFORD – A 33-year-old Waterford man was arrested Saturday on charges that he threatened a woman and rammed her vehicle with his truck.

Troy W. Masterman was charged with Class C criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault. He was being held without bail on a probation violation on Monday.

Detective Tom Harriman of the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office said a 33-year-old woman accused Masterman of driving his truck at her at his Fiske Road residence. She said Masterman instead hit her vehicle, which was parked in the yard, causing damage. She said Masterman also verbally threatened her and repeatedly tried to call her from the jail the day after his arrest.

Harriman said the phone calls could result in the additional charge of tampering with a victim.
