NORWAY – Philip DuBois, administrator at Market Square Health Care Center, has been appointed president of the Maine Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators. He was elected to a one year term. Other officers are Bob Armstrong from Bolster Heights in Auburn, and Phil Jean from Russell Park in Lewiston.

DuBois has been at Market Square for six years.
