BOSTON – Amy Catrina Poulin of Gray died March 11 in Boston. She was a kind, caring, loving young women. She passed away from Giant Cell Myocarditis, which is an extremely rare heart condition.

As a last act of compassion, she donated her heart for research to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where she received the utmost of care from all of the folks on her cardiac team. Her thought being, if she was not to be the one to survive this devastating disease she wanted to be the one to help others in the years ahead to be able to do so.
