BELFAST (AP) – Court documents say a 29-year-old Belfast man found dead at his home was shot in the head by his wife while he was asleep in his bed.

Amber Cummings has been charged with murdering her husband, James Cummings, on Dec. 9. An affidavit filed with the case and released Friday said Amber Cummings admitted to state police detectives that she shot her husband twice in the head while he was sleeping in the bedroom.

The documents, which were previously impounded, also indicated that James Cummings was a collector of child pornography.

A search warrant affidavit said a computer removed from the home contained digital movie clips and images depicting child pornography.
