CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch will visit neighborhoods in Berlin eligible to receive federal grants.

The grants, which are being distributed by the Community Development Finance Authority, are aimed at strengthening neighborhoods facing high levels of foreclosures and providing greater affordable housing options.
