LEWISTON – Offered by SCORE since 1993, “Buying and Valuing a Business,” a seminar for buyers, is being sponsored once again by SCORE, partnering with the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce. The seminar will be held in the Community Conference Room at the Business Service Center at KeyBank Plaza, 415 Lisbon St., from 1-4 p.m. on April 30. Presenter will be Glen Cooper, president of Maine Business Brokers of Portland. Cooper has an extensive background in commercial and investment real estate and was southern Maine’s First Certified Commercial Investment Member. He will cover all aspects of buying a business.
