RUMFORD – Barbara Hall Inglis, R.N., 73, formerly of Prospect Avenue, Rumford, died Wednesday, April 8, at the Rumford Hospital, where she recently resided.

She was born Nov. 26, 1935, the daughter of Herbert and Grace (Lanctot) Hall. She graduated from Cony High School in Augusta and from Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in Lewiston as a registered nurse.

She was employed at the Rumford Hospital for many years until retirement.

She was a member of the Rumford United Methodist Church, Past Matron of Mt. Zircon Chapter 142, O.E.S. and past grand matron 1998 to 1999 for the state, member of the Daughters of the Nile AROK Temple.

She was married Sept. 13, 1958, to Richard N. “Dick” Inglis Jr., who died Feb. 17.

Survivors include brothers, William “Bill” Hall of Jefferson and Roger Hall of Old Orchard Beach; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law, Russell Inglis and wife, Josephine, of Rumford, Timothy Inglis of Rumford and Bruce Inglis of Fredericksburg, Va.
