Lodge to meet
AUBURN – Liberty Rebekah Lodge 94 will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, May 4, in the recreation room at the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Home, 85 Caron Lane, for a sandwich, salad, dessert buffet pot luck.
Members of lodges in surrounding areas and Brothers from Odd Fellows lodges are invited to attend for the Friendship Night and Brothers Night. Guests are asked to participate with readings, songs, poems and jokes.
Nathan Gamache, who was sponsored by the lodge to attend Camp NEOFA in 2008, will talk about his experiences there. Free-will donations will be accepted to support the camp, located in Montville.
Grange meeting
POLAND – Excelsior Grange 5 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at the hall, 446 Harris Hill Road. A program honoring all mothers will be presented under the direction of Jean Benson, followed by the regular business meeting. Plans will be completed for the Mother’s Day public dinner scheduled for Sunday, May 10.
Bridge results
LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on April 27 were: first, Martine Begert and Rosemarie Goodwin; second, Dick Allen and Pete Cummings; third, Nancy Farmer and Errol Libby.

Spring auction
AUBURN – Fairview Elementary School will have its annual spring auction from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, May 2, in the school gym, 397 Minot Ave., to raise money for field trips and school enrichment activities.
Silent auction items will be up for bid from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by the vocal auction. Free baby-sitting services will be available during a “kiddie night” at Edward Little High School.
