Majorettes to twirl to music of ‘Twilight’

PARIS – The Oxford Hills Majorettes will be twirling in their annual “Big Spring Show.” This year there will be two shows: the first on Saturday, May 16, featuring the Waterford Twinkle Twirlers, West Paris Bobcat Twirlers and Viking Majorettes at the Oxford Hills Middle School, South Paris.

The second show will take place Saturday, May 30, at the Poland Community School featuring the Paris Twirlers and Panther Pride. The public is welcome to the Oxford Hills show, which is free. The Viking Majorettes and the Bobcat Twirlers, including the Bobcat Tiny Tot Twirlers, will perform vampire style to the soundtrack of “Twilight.”

There will also be parade and pom routines. The Waterford team will perform dance twirl, and the show will wrap up with a pageant. For more information, call Lisa at 674-2127.
