LAS VEGAS, NEV. — The wedding of Razel Mansilla and E. William Carsley was held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 7 at Victoria’s Family Chapel in Las Vegas, Nev. Pastors Jerome Ocampo and Glenn Metzler co-officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Carsley is the daughter of the late Elena and Geroncio Mansilla. Mr. Carsley is the son of the late Gertrude and Ellis Carsley.
The bride was given in marriage by her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Gregore. Remi Mansilla, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Keith Davis, nephew of the bridegroom, was best man.
A reception followed at Victoria’s Banquet Hall. The couple is residing in South Paris.
The bride received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of the Philippines.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and is employed as a behavioral health professional at Living Independence Network Corp.
