I am writing to support Diane Paterson in her election effort for Rumford tax collector.
It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter. Why? I hired her last July to manage my new Sears store in Rumford. She came highly recommended. She quickly proved these recommendations were correct.
The store has now been open for eight months, and I wouldn’t have been able to do this as easily and successfully without her. She is a responsible, dependable, loyal, hardworking individual who treats the store’s efficiency and end results as if the store were her own. I am confident that she can handle any and all activities in my absence from the store.
I would hate to lose her; she has truly been an asset to this company, but I certainly understand and support her decision.
I ask residents to please support Diane Paterson by casting their ballots for her on election day.
