WEST PARIS – Stepping out to the music of the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School marching band, veterans, Boy Scouts, West Paris Bobcat Twirlers and others marched along Main Street under clear skies Monday to celebrate Memorial Day.

Bertha DeHaas, who has organized the parade for the last 20 years, was grand marshal, along with Albert Penley Jr., Raymond Brown served four years in the Navy.

The Rev. Lloyd Waterhouse and Pastor Bruce Tyner addressed a crowd of approximately 400 flag-waving people.
