LEWISTON – Funeral services were held Friday morning for Gerard R. Caron at Holy Family Church, under the direction of the Albert & Burpee Funeral Home.

Officiating was the Rev. Nathan March, who also recited prayers of committal at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Following the prayers, an Honor Guard from the Maine Military Honors program folded and presented a flag to the widow.

Family and friends continued the celebration of Gerard’s life with food and fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant in Lewiston.
