RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Anita Spydell was celebrated Friday morning at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. James Martel was the celebrant.
George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Ave Maria,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Old Rugged Cross” and “Fly Like a Bird.” Readings were done by her great-niece, Brianne Johnston. The eulogy was given by her great-niece, Becky Sabine.
Bearers were Michael Lizotte, Robert Hodgkins, Robert Beauchesne and Danny Gautreau. Interment was at New Calvary Cemetery in South Portland. Services were under the care of SG Thibault Funeral Home, Rumford.
