WATERVILLE – Stephen Paul Whynot, 49, of Durham, died suddenly on June 1, in Waterville.
He was born on Dec. 29, 1959, in Marlborough, Mass., where he grew up. He graduated from Marlborough High School and the University of Maine at Orono. After graduation, he made his home in Maine, most recently residing in Durham. He was employed at UPS in Auburn.
He is survived by his parents, Howard and Bette Ann (McAuliffe) Whynot of Marlborough, Mass.; two sisters, Diane M. Stewart and her husband, Russell, of Randolph and Paula J. Roberts and her husband, Harold, of Salem, Mass.; a son, Seth; a daughter, Dory; his former wife, Nancy Dwyer; several nieces and nephews; and his uncle and aunt, Stanley and Mary Whynot of Leicester, Mass.
