LIVERMORE — Merle and Shirley Braley of Livermore recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at their home in Livermore.
The couple vacationed at Bonita Springs, Fla.
Mr. Braley and the former Shirley Underhill were married May 14, 1949, in Morrill.
They have two children, Sharon Sylvester and Merle Braley III. Their grandchildren are Chad Sylvester, Lori Sylvester, Nick Braley, Eli Braley and Elizabeth Braley. They also have a great-granddaughter, MacKenzie Sylvester.
Guests attended from Arlington, Mass., Lincolnville, Winthrop, South China, Turner, Old Orchard Beach, Livermore, Topsham, Lewiston, Camden, Benton and Augusta.
