AUBURN — The Falls restaurant celebrated its grand opening June 4 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Auburn Mayor John Jenkins and Chip Morrison, president of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, along with many other local guests.
Owners Greg Hird, his wife, Marcie, and their son Greg II, second- and third-generation restaurateurs opened the business in April at Two Great Falls Plaza.
From salads and sandwiches, to crab cakes and pan-seared salmon, head chef Michael Gosselin has crafted menus to appeal to all palates. Gosselin is a native of Lewiston and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
The Falls serves lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday. To view menus, wine list and learn more about The Falls, visit www.thefallsla.com, or call 330-3255.
