Angeline Daigle

LEWISTON — A funeral Mass honoring the life of Angeline Daigle was held on Saturday at Holy Family Church after prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. Monsignor Marc Caron officiated the Mass and Deacon Dean Lachance recited committal prayers on Tuesday at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Augusta. At the beginning of Mass, Mrs. Daigle’s son James and his wife Doris draped her casket with the burial pall that commemorates their mother’s baptism into new life. The reading was read by Brenda Tardif and the prayers of the faithful was read by Brittnie Tardif. The offertory was brought to the altar by James Daigle and Tracy Finnegan. Doris Daigle was a eucharistic minister during communion. Pallbearers were Andrew Tardif, Madison Daigle, Ben Heimrl, Vinnie Finnegan and Bill and Gerard Lauze.
