• Lincoln Mann, 44, of 11 Ash St., Lewiston, on a probation violation, 8:17 a.m. Thursday at that address.
• Jay Sherwood, 49, of 395 Lisbon Road, Lisbon, on charges of driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release, 11:05 a.m. Thursday at that address.

• Vehicles driven by Elizabeth Starnegg, 18, of Lewiston, and Karen Lawson, 28, of Brewer, collided at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday at Whipple and Main streets. Damage to the 1996 Honda, driven by Starnegg and owned by Roberta L. Starnegg, was estimated at $3,000; to Lawson’s 2002 Ford, $3,500.
