• Bobby B. Goding, 38, Jay, warrant unpaid fines/fees, June 24, no bail listed as of June 25, Jay Police Department.
• Dale Williams, 41, Jay, domestic assault, June 25, no bail listed as of June 25, Jay Police Department.
