JAY — Announcement is made of the engagement of Amy Boivin and Raymond Wotring, both of Vienna, Va.
Miss Boivin is the daughter of Diana Boivin of Jay. She is a 2001 graduate of Jay High School and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. She is currently the senior director of government affairs at the National Patient Advocate Foundation in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Wotring is the son of Daniel and Patty Wotring of Orange, Va. He is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., where he received a bachelor’s degree in government and international politics, with a concentration in international comparative studies. He is vice president of Coalitions for Americans for Limited Government in Fairfax, Va.
An Oct. 10 wedding will be held at a vineyard in Purcellville, Va.
