Androscoggin County commissioners are expected to begin the second phase of a $100,000 building restoration project Tuesday when they award a bid for roof repair and other work to restore the 125-year-old County Building in Auburn. The commissioners are scheduled to award the bid at their regular meeting Tuesday at the County Building. The commission received only two bids for the project — one from Gladu Roofing Co. of Lewiston and the other from St. Hilaire Roofing and Restoration Co. of Auburn.
