RANGELEY — Rangeley Family Medicine will celebrate its 15th anniversary from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25. Highlighting the event will be a visit from 10 to 11 a.m. by Congressman Michael Michaud, D-2nd.
Michaud’s visit will help serve as a precursor to National Health Center Week, Aug. 9 to 15. According to the Web site, www.healthcenterweek.org, this year’s theme, “Celebrating America’s Health Centers: Where ACCESS and QUALITY CARE Begin” was chosen to highlight the record of health centers in providing affordable health care.

The event will also feature balloons for the kids, face painting, free blood pressure checks and bone density screenings. A light lunch and refreshments will also be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved into the medical practice where space is limited.
