SACO (AP) — Saco Police are investigating an early morning crash into an unoccupied home that killed a 37-year-old man.

Police say Keith Kline of Saco was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which took place at about 1 a.m. Monday.

Saco police Cpl. Michael Maksut says Kline was driving his 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer westbound when he lost control on a curve and crashed into the house, demolishing the porch.

Maksut says police are investigating whether excessive speed was a factor in the crash.
