AUBURN — Melanie McGuire, a real estate sales professional in Topsham, has joined the Keller Williams Realty Mid Maine Market Center, 34 Center St., Auburn.
McGuire spent 14 years in state government helping Maine children and families before becoming a real estate agent. Now, as the Midcoast is particularly affected by the economy and the closure of the Brunswich Naval Air Station, she is passionate about helping Maine families maintain economic stability. To better serve her customers, she has earned an advanced certification as a distressed property expert; she is a real estate professional uniquely qualified to help both buyers and sellers with pre-foreclosure, short sale and other distressed property issues.
