JAY — Daughters of Isabella Circle 677 from St. Rose of Lima Church held a baby shower at the monthly social recently. The Daughters hold a shower each year at the June social to obtain baby items for Right to Life.
The committee for June served salads and make-your-own meat and cheese sandwiches with homemade rolls. Maryette Castonguay passed out papers numbered 1 through 25 so the women could play a game.
Laurie Gagnepain handed out little cards reminding everyone of the summer outing at the VFW on Wednesday, Aug. 5 Social hour will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and the meal will be served at 6:30. Call Laurie Gagnepain,Jackie Castonguay, Lauri-ann Castonguay or Shirley Couture. The cost of the meal is $16.50.
