Coach: Sean Galipeau-Eldridge (eighth year overall)

Returning letter winners: Boys: Junior — Ben Albee ; Girls: Seniors — Caroline Blake, Maggie Norton, Natasha Piirainen; Junior — Kendra Lobley.

Key losses: Dylan Lajoie.

Promising newcomers: Boys: Juniors — Joe Bernhard, Dylan Blackman; Sophomores — Connor Pinkham, Jake McDonald; Freshmen — Ian Pickett, Tyler Hemond, Jeremy Doane; Girls: Junior — Kassie Gile; Sophomore — Miranda Gile.

Outlook: Galipeau-Eldridge returns from a one-year absence with two different blueprints for the upcoming season. The boys’ program is in a rebuilding mode, and the coach is excited that it’s a hard-working group. The girls’ team is hoping to make some noise in a very strong Western Maine Conference and could do so if they find some depth, which could come from the Gile sisters, both Edward Little transfers. The hope is the example from the more experienced female runners can help the boys mature.

Coach’s comment:

“It’s the girls’ time to shine. The boys are learning.” — Coach Sean Galipeau-Eldridge
