Arrests/summonses

Sept. 27 at 5 p.m.: Roger Fleury, 46, of Rumford was summoned by Patrolman
Michael Belanger on River Street on a charge of operating after suspension.
Fleury is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Sept. 29 at 4:46 p.m.: Amy Howes, 27, of Mexico was arrested by Patrolman
Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation conditions of
release. Howes was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford
County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on
Dec. 8.

Sept. 29 at 10:38 p.m.: 17-year-old Rumford male was summoned by Patrolman
K. Scott Mills on a charge of criminal trespass on Pine Street. He is
scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on Dec. 8.

Sept. 29 at 10:57 p.m.: Parker Erskine, 20, of Rumford was summoned by
Patrolman K. Scott Mills on a charge of criminal trespass on Pine Street. Erskine is
scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Sept. 30 at 10:40 a.m.: Parker Erskine, 20, of Rumford was arrested by
Capt. Daniel Garbarini on a charge of gross sexual assault on River Street.
Erskine posted $1,500 surety bail and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

Oct. 1 at 10 p.m.: 17-year-old Rumford male was summoned by Patrolman Ian
Theriault on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor on Knox Street.
Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on Dec.
8.

Oct. 2 at 10:45 a.m.: Shawn Comeau, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Winson on a warrant for failure to appear for disorderly
conduct on Erchles Street. Comeau was unable to post bail and was
transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Oct. 2 at 3:45 p.m.: 16-year-old Mexico male was summoned by Sgt.
Tracey Higley on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor on Somerset
Street. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on
Dec. 8.

Oct. 2 at 8:30 p.m.: 16-year-old Rumford male summoned by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana at the Mountain Valley High School football game. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 2 at 9:37 p.m.: Joshua Martin, 18, of Peru summoned by Patrolman Lawrence Winson on a charge of possession of a useable amount of and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia on Hosmer Lane. Martin is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Burglary

Sept. 30 at 3:01 p.m.: Franklin Street resident reported a vacant building he owns was broken into and $100 damage done to bricks on the building. An investigation found two juveniles committed the crime.

Criminal mischief

Sept. 29 at 3:01 p.m.: Washington Street resident reported damage to a wall and possible entry into a vacant building. Case is under investigation.

Theft

Sept. 28 at 7:15 p.m.: Route 108 resident reported theft of a pinball machine valued at $100. It was located and the case is closed.

Wanted

Thomas Bragdon, 27, of Mexico, wanted for failure to appear on a charge
of furnishing liquor to a minor. Anyone with information on his
whereabouts is asked to call police at 364-4551 or e-mail
