Arrests/summonses

Oct. 6 at 12:37 p.m. — Dahlia Robichaud, 46, of Rumford was summoned by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of unlawful furnishing of a schedule z drug. Robichaud is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 6 at 2:29 p.m. — A 15-year-old Rumford male was summoned by Patrolman R. Dennis Ryder on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor on Somerset Street. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 7 at 11 a.m. — Elmer Murray, 36, of Rumford was summoned by Patrolman Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of operating after suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5, 2010.

Oct. 8 at 12:46 a.m. — Derek Richards, 18, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman K. Scott Mills on a charge of criminal trespass on Pine Street. Richards posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 8 at 12:20 a.m. — A 17-year-old Rumford male was summoned by Patrolman K. Scott Mills on a charge of criminal trespass on Pine Street. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 8 at 1:57 a.m. — Parker Erskine, 20, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Pine Street on charges of violation of conditions of release and criminal trespass. Erskine was unable to post bail and taken to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 9 at 1:27 a.m. — Timothy Jacques, 24, of Rumford was summoned by Patrolman Ian Theriault on Waldo Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Jacques is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 9 at 8:40 a.m. — Denis Carrier, 55, of Dixfield was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on River Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Carrier posted $100 cash and was released.

Oct. 11 at 3:52 a.m. — Shawn Comeau, 27, of Rumford was summoned by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on Erchles Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Comeau is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Oct. 11 at 3:52 a.m. — Karen Spivey, 20, of Wilton was summoned by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on Erchles Street on charges of violation conditions of release and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Spivey is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Criminal mischief

Oct. 7 at 5:48 p.m. — Cumberland Street resident reported being assaulted on Cumberland Street.

Burglary

Oct. 6 at 1:36 p.m. — Cumberland Street reported her apartment was broken into and $100 in CD and DVD player and CDs were stolen. Items were recovered and the case is closed.

Criminal mischief

Oct. 8 at 11:31 a.m. — Urquhart Street resident reported vehicle being struck with eggs during the night. No damage amount listed and the case is under investigation.

Theft

Oct. 5 at 7:26 a.m. — Oxford Avenue resident reported theft of a bicycle valued at $100. Case is under investigation.

Oct. 5 at 3:34 p.m. — Waldo Street business reported theft of two checks out of his business mailbox. Case is under investigation.

Oct. 6 at 3:30 p.m. — Erchles Street resident reported theft of two dirt bikes valued at $3,200 stolen from his property. Case is under investigation.

Oct. 10 at 4:52 p.m. — Waldo Street resident reported theft of a lock box valued at $200 stolen out of his vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Wanted
