Community resource officer Marc “Bull” Robitaille of the Lewiston Police Department challenges members of the Navigators Special Olympics ski team at Lost Valley Ski Area in Auburn on Friday. Athletes from throughout Androscoggin County spent the day training for the upcoming 41st annual Special Olympics Maine Winter Games, to be held Jan. 31 through Feb. 2 at Sugarloaf/USA. Robitaille is one of four officers on the LPD Community Resource Team who will pass out medals during the games. Brandon Mullen, center, 24, of Lewiston, Josh Brosious, right, 23, of Lewiston and Megan Dyer, 21, of Lewiston compete for the Navigators, a rehabilitation program in New Auburn. Robitaille finished dead last in the race.
