MINOT — Fred Huntress (left) and George Buker (right) enjoy conversation and refreshments after the January meeting of the Minot Historical Society. Fred spoke on the topic, “Big Trees of Maine.” The next meeting of the Society will be on March 9 at 7 p.m. at the Minot Town Office. The speaker will be Eda Tripp, speaking about the history of the Center Minot Grange. Refreshments are served following the meeting. Meetings are open to everyone.
