This past weekend six of Planet Cheer’s teams competed at the American Cheer and Dance Association’s Northeast Winterblast Competition held at the Whittemore Center in Durham, NH. All six teams were awarded bids to compete in the US Finals Championship to be held in Virginia Beach, VA in May. Galaxy, Planet Cheer’s International Open Co-ed Level 5 team received one of three paid bids awarded at the competition. By receiving a paid bid, the team is eligible to compete at the US Finals with the entrance fee waived for all participants. Galaxy and the other Planet Cheer teams including Starbursts, Comets, Orbitz, Eclipse, Astros and Super Novas will all be exhibiting at the State Capital Cheer Challenge competition at the Augusta Civic Center February 7th.
