Kiwanis gets a laugh!

On Jan 27th, Boston and Portland renowned comedian Bill Picard gave Kiwanians a great show. And at the same time, he gave the group a lesson how important it is to be positive in life. Bill has had Cerebral Palsy from birth but that does not stop him from doing stand up comedy, or motivating audiences , or from getting his 4 year degree from University of Maine in Orono.
