The park located on the edge of the reflection pool of the Androscoggin River will be dedicated to J. Eugene Boivin later in the spring. Boivin, who died earlier this month, created the Indian silhouettes and helped install the water wheel at the information center, among other things. He had been active in local politics and efforts to boost his hometown for many years. Town Manager Carlo Puiia holds the sign created by Erik Designs. The sign will likely be installed to the left of the information center building and a ceremony honoring Boivin will be held.
