FARMINGTON — Homer has been at the Franklin County Animal Shelter for awhile, staff said, and he is one of their most loving cats. During the day, they may find him lying on the floor sunning himself and over the months he has been there, he has become a staff favorite.
Staff members say he is a big love bug that wants all the attention to himself and a home to call his own. He still has a playful side, batting at toy mice.
New dogs at the shelter include a male beagle found in Industry and a Pomeranian found in Farmington. For more information on Homer or on any other animals at the shelter, call 778-2638.
