Members of the Lake Regional High School WorldQuest Knowledge Team recently had a grand community send off to the national competition in Washignton D.C. The event to honor the Maine state champions was held at the Evergreen Building in downtown Bridgton. “Your educational achievement brought the entire community together and inspired us all to greater aspirations for Bridgton & the Lake Region,” Alan Manoian, Bridgton’s Director of Economic & Community Development told the students from the Naples-based school. The sendoff was organized and sponsored by TD Bank and the Bridgton Office of Economic & Community Development.
