AUBURN – The second-annual Fishing Golf Tournament to benefit Good Shepherd Food-Bank will be held at Fox Ridge Golf Course this Sunday, May 16.

The event features a unique format, with fishing from 5:30 to 9 a.m. followed by the golf scramble at 10 a.m. There will be a tagged fish in each pond worth $100. Each trout caught equals a foot toward a 10-foot string. Anglers are not required to have a fishing license.

Cost is $75 per player, which includes green fees, cart and meal. All proceeds will benefit the Good Shepherd Food-Bank, which turns every dollar raised into $12.50 worth of food.

Prizes have been donated by local businesses. To register, call Mike Ouellette at 240-0299 by Saturday, May 15.
