Melody Brooke Gammon has received acceptance to the education masters program in physical education and coaching in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching at the Boston University School of Education. The program includes study in teaching physical education, perceptual-motor learning, coaching, health, fitness, sports management and sport theory.
Gammon is a 2000 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and received dual bachelors degrees in international studies and anthropology from SUNY in 2007 with a concentration in international sports management. She has been living and working in Boston for several years.
She is the daughter of Bonnie and Al Atkinson of South Paris and Edward Gammon of Bryant Pond.
