DEAR SUN SPOTS: This is in response to the question about if there were any full-service gas stations. I believe there is still one out on Lisbon Street. It is called Gendron’s, and the number is 782-4022. If I remember correctly, they still have their full service, and they also have self service.

Also, for the Heavenly Hash ice cream lover, last time I checked, they still have no-name brands out there, one store being Save-A-Lot. I’ve also seen them at a few local stores in downtown Lewiston. I hope this helps. — Lacey, Auburn

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Love your column. I must add another gas station that provides full service for pumping gas. Gendron’s U-Save on Lisbon and Foch streets in Lewiston. I use them all the time. — J.P., Lewiston
