PHILLIPS — A story published Friday on Page B2 of the Franklin edition contained incorrect information. Outgoing Town Manager James Collins provided summary budget data to town officials prior to his resignation. The information was incorrectly reported and incorrectly attributed to Sylvia Lambert.
