POLAND — Michael A. Daigneault, 62, of Hackett Mills Road, Poland, died unexpectedly Wednesday, June 30, at his home.

He was born in Lewiston, Jan. 9, 1948, the son of the late Armand and Marguerite (Bennett) Daigneault. Mike was educated in Lewiston schools. For the past 8 years, he has been employed as a bus driver for the Auburn School Department. He enjoyed his colleagues and students he cared for.

Mike’s hobbies were old cars, going to yard sales, bowling, and listing to oldies, especially ZZ Top. His true pleasure was spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He leaves his wife of 30 years, Tonya Daigneault of Poland; two sons, Tom Caron and his wife, Danielle, and their children Jacob and Graham of Gardiner and Jason Daigneault and his wife, Shannon and their children, Cheyenne and Ariana of Sabattus.
